Minimally Invasive Device (MID) series of Medical Adhesives
Advances in extruded tubing options have created the need for assembly adhesives that produce higher strength bonds with lower standard deviation. A new series of medical device assembly adhesives is now available from Panacol-USA. These adhesives are formulated to address today’s challenges of minimally invasive device assembly.
MID adhesive features and benefits:
• Bond low surface energy catheter shafts from materials that include: Polyamide (Nylon 12), PEBAX®, VESTAMID®, GRILAMID®, and more...
• Form smooth guidewire transitions and secure torque devices with high strength bonds
• LED curable for higher process efficiency
• Stable bond strength through aging
• Consistent curing cycles for tighter process control
• Orange fluorescing for high visibility
